I became a speaker to build my confidence and conquer my shyness and fear of public speaking.
Fitness Instructor 🏋️♀️
To further develop my confidence and speaking, I became a fitness pump instructor which builds my mental strength.
Mum 🫶
I'm a proud mum to my two children, (21 and 17 years), and I empower them with confidence, resilience and kindness.
